Chartered Status for Teachers is growing. We are providing new opportunities for teachers and leaders to be recognised for their expertise and gain formal Chartered accreditation with a new self-paced pathway. From January 2022, teachers will have up to three years to complete four Chartered assessment units and apply for Chartered Status.
This new approach means teachers and leaders can work towards Chartered Status at a pace that best suits their timetable and professional needs.
We are excited to be launching this new pathway to Chartered Status in recognition of the expertise and knowledge of teachers and leaders. The profession deserves to be supported to develop high-quality classroom practice continuously and celebrated for its accomplishments.
