How To Apply For an NPQ
Applications for the 2025 academic year are open. There will be only one cohort this year, so apply quickly as places will fill up quickly.
Registration with an NPQ Lead Provider and the DfE both need to occur to secure a place on an NPQ and confirm the route of funding offered.
When completing the application please select the delivery partner as ‘Astra TSH’.

How To Apply For an NPQ with Best Practice Network

Step 1: apply for the relevant NPQ via Best Practice Network as follows:
National Professional Qualification for Leading Teaching (NPQLT)
National Professional Qualification for Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD)
National Professional Qualification for Leading Behaviour & Culture (NPQLBC)
National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL)
National Professional Qualification for SEND
National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH)
National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL)
Early Headship Coaching Offer (EHCO)

How to apply for an NPQ in LPM or EYL
How To Apply For an NPQ with UCL
Registration with an NPQ Lead Provider and the DfE both need to occur to secure a place on an NPQ and confirm the route of funding offered.
1. Please complete the DfE registration and select UCL. UCL will send you an application link.
2. When completing the link sent by UCL, please select 'TSH Berks in partnership with Astra' as the Delivery Partner.
