ECTP with UCL from September 2025

Astra Teaching School Hub will be a delivery partner with the accredited lead provider UCL (IoE) Centre for Educational Leadership from September 2025 to deliver the new Early Career Training Programme (ECTP) for schools in Buckinghamshire wishing to access this 'provider-led' training route for new ECTs. Please find below a leaflet which outlines the new programme.

Please note that any mentor who has fully completed mentor training with another Lead Provider under the ECF programme is not required to complete further mentor training with UCL.
