Well Being CPD



We are delighted to announce the launch of our wellbeing CPD course, "Looking after your most precious resource: yourself" on 16th November 2021, with a face-to-face twilight session hosted at Kings Church in Amersham. The course aims to provide practical tips and resources for staff to improve their wellbeing and self-care, managing workload, developing positive relationships and finding agency.


The session dates are provided on the attached flyer, with the first one being face-to-face and the following sessions delivered via Zoom.

The course will be facilitated by Dr Emma Kell

Dr Emma Kell has over 20 years’ experience as a teacher and leader in UK secondary schools and is a qualified Performance Coach. Emma speaks and facilitates regularly on teacher wellbeing, recruitment and retention with teachers, governors, MATs and unions. She writes for a variety of publications including TES and BBC Teach. Emma has completed a doctorate on teacher well-being and parenting at Middlesex University. Emma is author of How To Survive in Teaching (Bloomsbury, 2018) and A Little Guide For Teachers: Wellbeing and Self-Care.
